Life Awards
- Registrations, for the open categories, must be done at the information office of the event, at the indicated time. First come, first served.
- Entries are limited to 30 per category.
- All pieces presented must have been tattooed during the weekend of the event (except for the Best Healed category, which will only showcase healed pieces made by artists present at the show).
- Pieces entered in the "Best of Day" categories MUST be started on the specified day, during the convention's opening hours.
- Pieces entered in the "Best of Show" category MUST have been worked on during the three days of the convention.
- Pieces entered in open categories (Best of Realism - Color - Graphic - Black & Grey) must be presented at the time of registration to ensure that they are entered in the correct category. If there is no project or stencil, the tattoo artist must come in to register.
- The names of the tattoo artists who created the piece entered MUST NEVER be revealed at the time of entry or presentation to the jury. It is only announced during the award ceremony in case of a winning piece. The artist will then be called to the stage to receive their award.
- All entries must be made by an artist present at the convention that is renting a booth. A winning piece made by an artist who does not meet these conditions will be automatically disqualified by the event management. The prize will then be given to the next piece in the ranking established by the jury.
- Jury members may NOT be approached in advance by an artist, the owner of the piece or a third party with the purpose of influencing the votes.
- Jury members will not be allowed to present pieces during the contests.
- Any breach of these rules will result in disqualification by the jury and/or the event management.
- Regarding the non-open categories, like rewarding the Lifestyle stands, the Management reserves the right and full power in terms of choice and selection criteria.
